When you select a pillow make sure that the pillow closes around your head and that your neck and shoulders can't slide away. In this way you will always sleep in a natural position and the effect of this will be presented to you as soon as you get out of bed in the morning.
Light. It is suggested to have good light blocking curtains in your bedroom. Too much light in your bedroom can seriously disturb your sleep patterns and is not helping your health. Make sure that all the ways light can enter your bedroom are covered. The best place to sleep is in a cool, dark environment.
