Electronics. A computer or a television does not below into a bedroom. This is the most common mistake people make when decorating the bedroom. Electronics disturb the sleep, instead read a good book or have a good conversation. Color. The color is one of the most important things of the bedroom. Each color can have a different effect on each person. For certain colors the common effects to persons are known. In the table below you find some colors and their positive and negative effect.
Sleep is a period where the body comes to rest and is regulated by a hormone called melatonin; this hormone is produced in the pineal gland. When you sleep your brains are repaired by these hormones, it protects your body and helps to put your mind and body at ease. If you don't sleep for a longer period of time you can suffer pains, dizziness, hallucinations and it can even result in fatality. Sleep deprivation over a short period can simply be cached up by sleeping longer. Doctors can offer a prescription that can help you with catching up the lost sleep.
Build some extra space: In order to keep your bedroom looks minimum cluttered, you can build some extra space. You can think of using the free space beneath the bed. You can build up some storage space under your bed. You can keep a small laundry basket to keep your laundry clothes inside it. You can either place them inside the closet or inside the bathroom too. Remember the lesser the items the more organized the bedroom looks, and it will result in lesser the clutter.
Furniture. The arrangement of the bedroom is the most important in your house. You can find ideas on how to arrange and decorate your bedroom so that it you sleep better on bedroom accessories. Mind. Many people are pondering and thinking during the night instead of sleeping. Before going to bed try to put your mind at ease and don't think of work, chores, duties, etc. in your bedroom. This will reduce stress and you have a better night's sleep.
