Sleep is a period where the body comes to rest and is regulated by a hormone called melatonin; this hormone is produced in the pineal gland. When you sleep your brains are repaired by these hormones, it protects your body and helps to put your mind and body at ease. If you don't sleep for a longer period of time you can suffer pains, dizziness, hallucinations and it can even result in fatality. Sleep deprivation over a short period can simply be cached up by sleeping longer. Doctors can offer a prescription that can help you with catching up the lost sleep.
Another factor which has to be kept in mind is the height of the television, as people who watch television in their bedroom normally watch it while lying down. If the height of the TV is not correct, it could hamper your TV watching and give you a crick in the neck. However, the height of a bedroom TV stand is designed to enhance your viewing pleasure where you can watch TV comfortably while sitting-up or lying in bed.
