Sleep is a period where the body comes to rest and is regulated by a hormone called melatonin; this hormone is produced in the pineal gland. When you sleep your brains are repaired by these hormones, it protects your body and helps to put your mind and body at ease. If you don't sleep for a longer period of time you can suffer pains, dizziness, hallucinations and it can even result in fatality. Sleep deprivation over a short period can simply be cached up by sleeping longer. Doctors can offer a prescription that can help you with catching up the lost sleep.
Home staging places an emphasis on bedroom improvement as well. Your bedroom staging plans can be worked into the available budget and the time available for major or minor redesigns of the bedrooms. When considering any investments or purchases in bedroom staging, do keep in mind that bedroom updates and additions can either be included in the selling price of the home during negotiations, or removed and reintalled in your new home (this applies to window treatments, fixtures, furniture).
