Many people are pondering and thinking during the night instead of sleeping. Before going to bed try to put your mind at ease and don't think of work, chores, duties, etc. in your bedroom. This will reduce stress and you have a better night's sleep.
Light. It is suggested to have good light blocking curtains in your bedroom. Too much light in your bedroom can seriously disturb your sleep patterns and is not helping your health. Make sure that all the ways light can enter your bedroom are covered. The best place to sleep is in a cool, dark environment.
