Sleep is a period where the body comes to rest and is regulated by a hormone called melatonin; this hormone is produced in the pineal gland. When you sleep your brains are repaired by these hormones, it protects your body and helps to put your mind and body at ease. If you don't sleep for a longer period of time you can suffer pains, dizziness, hallucinations and it can even result in fatality. Sleep deprivation over a short period can simply be cached up by sleeping longer. Doctors can offer a prescription that can help you with catching up the lost sleep.
Lavender and off white will also be good and popular bedroom paint palettes. It gives the bedroom a spa like tranquility and it is a great paint color choice for small bedrooms. Once the color palette is so understated, you need to inject color in the bedroom as bright draperies and bed linens. Pink with gray, yellow with brown and chocolate and coral with sage green are a handful of popular paint colors for bedrooms.
