Bedroom. It's proven that we spend more than a third of our life a sleep. Besides sleeping we spent more moments of our life in the bedroom, therefore it is important that the bedroom is in order. The bedroom plays an essential role in the quality of our sleep which in its turn affects our daily life and overall health.
In many of our homes today, it is in the living room and the dining room where most of the daily activities happen; living rooms and dining rooms are where we entertain company and hold dinners or parties with guests. Usually, the family comes together for meals and entertainment either in the dining or living areas also. But the bedroom is different as it serves as our private retreat, the area of the house where we can seek privacy and sanctuary.
