Sleep is a period where the body comes to rest and is regulated by a hormone called melatonin; this hormone is produced in the pineal gland. When you sleep your brains are repaired by these hormones, it protects your body and helps to put your mind and body at ease. If you don't sleep for a longer period of time you can suffer pains, dizziness, hallucinations and it can even result in fatality. Sleep deprivation over a short period can simply be cached up by sleeping longer. Doctors can offer a prescription that can help you with catching up the lost sleep.
Take Lifestyle In to Account - Keeping in mind the amount of time you actually spend in your bedroom is a great way to narrow down your choices. For some, the bedroom is simply a place where they lay their head at night. If this describes you, you should perhaps consider how your bedroom flooring looks more than how comfortable it is.
