Sleep is a period where the body comes to rest and is regulated by a hormone called melatonin; this hormone is produced in the pineal gland. When you sleep your brains are repaired by these hormones, it protects your body and helps to put your mind and body at ease. If you don't sleep for a longer period of time you can suffer pains, dizziness, hallucinations and it can even result in fatality. Sleep deprivation over a short period can simply be cached up by sleeping longer. Doctors can offer a prescription that can help you with catching up the lost sleep.
Choose a bedroom bench that is too large and it will not be in proportion with the rest of your furniture while giving the sense of a cluttered, congested and asphyxiating space. And that is the last thing you want your bedroom to feel like given it's the most vital room in terms of seeking relaxation and providing for you an oasis of tranquility.
