Sleep is a period where the body comes to rest and is regulated by a hormone called melatonin; this hormone is produced in the pineal gland. When you sleep your brains are repaired by these hormones, it protects your body and helps to put your mind and body at ease. If you don't sleep for a longer period of time you can suffer pains, dizziness, hallucinations and it can even result in fatality. Sleep deprivation over a short period can simply be cached up by sleeping longer. Doctors can offer a prescription that can help you with catching up the lost sleep.
Different Style for Everyone - While the basic design of a bedroom vanity is a table with a mirror and table, there are many variations on the design. There are more elaborate vanities, with lots of storage space, a big mirror and carved wooden design. Since a bedroom vanity is an old fashioned piece of furniture wood vanities are popular, as it creates a more classic look. For those that prefer a contemporary look, but like the convenience of a bedroom vanity, there are more understated designs available. Basic glass tables with a stool and mirror are popular, or there are also vanities made out of a colored metal.
