Bedroom. It's proven that we spend more than a third of our life a sleep. Besides sleeping we spent more moments of our life in the bedroom, therefore it is important that the bedroom is in order. The bedroom plays an essential role in the quality of our sleep which in its turn affects our daily life and overall health.
Sleep is a period where the body comes to rest and is regulated by a hormone called melatonin; this hormone is produced in the pineal gland. When you sleep your brains are repaired by these hormones, it protects your body and helps to put your mind and body at ease. If you don't sleep for a longer period of time you can suffer pains, dizziness, hallucinations and it can even result in fatality. Sleep deprivation over a short period can simply be cached up by sleeping longer. Doctors can offer a prescription that can help you with catching up the lost sleep.
