Sleep is a period where the body comes to rest and is regulated by a hormone called melatonin; this hormone is produced in the pineal gland. When you sleep your brains are repaired by these hormones, it protects your body and helps to put your mind and body at ease. If you don't sleep for a longer period of time you can suffer pains, dizziness, hallucinations and it can even result in fatality. Sleep deprivation over a short period can simply be cached up by sleeping longer. Doctors can offer a prescription that can help you with catching up the lost sleep.
Consider Appearance - As with anything in interior design, how your bedroom flooring looks is a huge factor worth considering. Ideally, you should select flooring that matches or at least blends well with the rest of your home. Though your bedroom is clearly your oasis, separating it aesthetically from the rest of your home can be off-putting. Of course, sometimes this concern can lead homeowners to consider changing other rooms in their house as well.
