Sleep is a period where the body comes to rest and is regulated by a hormone called melatonin; this hormone is produced in the pineal gland. When you sleep your brains are repaired by these hormones, it protects your body and helps to put your mind and body at ease. If you don't sleep for a longer period of time you can suffer pains, dizziness, hallucinations and it can even result in fatality. Sleep deprivation over a short period can simply be cached up by sleeping longer. Doctors can offer a prescription that can help you with catching up the lost sleep.
Time to make your bed. Think back and try to remember the last time you bought new beddings or pillows. If it has been more than a year, this is the opportune time to invest in new beddings. New linens that complement the overall theme or decor of your bedroom create a great impression in buyers' minds. New pillows and decorative throw pillows add value and character to your bed; also, necessary repainting or repairs for the headboard or bedposts should be completed.
