Your bedroom should be a comfortable and welcoming space where you can relax and unwind after a long day. It should be peaceful and help you sleep at night, not keep you awake surrounded by clutter and feeling closed in and claustrophobic. This is why fitted bedrooms are in such high demand. Light. It is suggested to have good light blocking curtains in your bedroom. Too much light in your bedroom can seriously disturb your sleep patterns and is not helping your health. Make sure that all the ways light can enter your bedroom are covered. The best place to sleep is in a cool, dark environment.
